Thoughts?


My response is to think of 'eating' and 'ingesting' as actions I can take metaphorically and apply it to my brain. 'Brain food' is real and I've been practicing it for many years, consciously. You see, my parents raised me to be aware of my nutrition and physical activity (and responsibility and nobility).


With awareness and mindful practices woven more and more into our thoughts as we go along, we can develop the muscle until it becomes 'automatic'/borderline
