Thoughts?


My response is to think of 'eating' and 'ingesting' as actions I can take metaphorically and apply it to my brain. 'Brain food' is real and I've been practicing it for many years, consciously. You see, my parents raised me aware of my nutrition and physical activity (and responsibility and nobility).

With awareness and mindful practices woven more and more into our thoughts as we go along, we can develop the muscle until it becomes 'automatic'/borderline subconscious.

Our brain is a flexible, malleable sponge and with the help of technology, today we can make room for ideas and thought AND keep record of all the thoughts more than ever and more easily every day with photos, Facebook, Instagram, videos, live videos, Skype, external hard drives, Google drive, iCloud, Evernote and more.

If you think about what information you allow to penetrate your consciousness, you can form the thoughts you'd like to fill your life with.

Think about it: that's why it's called 'in-formation'.

You form your inside.
